LIGHTWEIGHT (2.5 KG) INDUSTRIAL BEARING HEATER
Bega Special Tools introduces a new modelto their range of Industrial Bearing Heaters. The "BETEX Cone Heater CH" is a simple heater for heating bearings and other drive components. Bearing assembly using heat and shrink fitting is always the safe alternative for hammers, gas burners or oil baths, and correct mounting is essential to maximize the bearing life cycle. The BETEX Cone Heater is a relatively inexpensive and very user-friendly heater, suitable for different diameters. A perfect solution for small workshops.
The cone-shaped aluminum body is lightweight (only 2.5 kg) and ensures fast, even heating. Handy when there are multiple differently sized bearings to be heated, this can even be carried out simultaneously. There is a choice of two heater types: with and without temperature control. Minimum diameter is 10 mm, maximum diameter is 203 mm. The BETEX Cone Heater CHC, with thermostat, offers the advantage that you can multi-task. The device will turn off when it reaches the set temperature of 120 °C and switch on again when the temperature drops, allowing you to walk away and carry out other tasks whilst the bearing temperature is simply maintained.
The BETEX Cone Heater helps improve the quality and efficiency of assembly process, which increases machine uptime and reduces maintenance costs. The devices have been developed in Vaassen and are also produced there. Bega is proud to state that they are "MADE IN HOLLAND".
